i Flautisti performed two World Premieres as part of the Newbury Spring and Bury St. Edmunds Festivals on the 21st and 24th May. Newbury saw the first performance of Dutch composer Chiel Meijering’s Spring Will Be Great for recorder quartet, and Bury St Edmunds had the atmospheric setting of Autumn in Algoma by London-based composer, Steven Nunes….
